The Farrah & Marisa Team

Farrah and Marisa met when their children were in the same preschool class and quickly recognized their shared backgrounds in commercial real estate. With aligned values and a mutual respect for the industry, they chose to partner, knowing their combined experience would better serve their clients. Farrah Follmann and Marisa Cromey combine international experience, commercial expertise, and deep knowledge of the Charleston market to deliver a strategic, client-focused approach to real estate. In 2024 they each earned a spot in the Top Producers category ranking them in the top 7% of Real Estate Agents.
